Privacy Notice
What this website collects, who sees it, and how long we keep it. Short, because we do not collect much.
The short version
This website has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to type into the enquiry form, and we use it to answer your enquiry.

What we collect
Only what you submit through the enquiry form:
- Your name, company and job title
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- Your plant location, if you provide it
- The enquiry type, brand or service selected, and urgency
- The message you write
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details, passwords or identification documents through this form.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation so that if you contact us again we know what was discussed. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a technical question.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle your submission on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the code that receives the form. Cloudflare processes your IP address in order to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
- Resend delivers the resulting emails — the notification to us and the confirmation to you.
Your enquiry then arrives in a Microsoft 365 mailbox operated by Kistal. Both providers may process data outside Nigeria.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as the commercial relationship or its possibility is live, and are reviewed periodically. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Automated checks
To reduce spam, the form includes a hidden field that people never see and a check on how quickly it was submitted. Submissions that fail either check are discarded without being read. We also limit how many enquiries can be sent from one network address in a short period. No profiling or automated decision-making about you takes place.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@kistal.ng and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you would rather not use the form at all, phone or email us directly — the enquiry form is a convenience, not a requirement.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to manufacturer sites, published research and mapping services. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's website, subject to their privacy practices rather than ours.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
